Now, it's episode 16! Let's talk representation. As a Communication professional, this Black girl spent some time reflecting and thought back on her childhood and what representation meant to her then versus now. A lot has changed and some has not. As she encountered more Black people (kids in high school; classmates, professors, and the like in college) she realized that there are so many people that can be mentors and serve as models to her own viewpoint of "success".

All she knows right now is that she's proud of the focus on diversity and other initiatives in organizations now (even though there's still a long way to go!). Tell her what you think on Facebook or Instagram
