Joe Colangelo developed Boxcar a solution for the lack of commuter parking. Since all non-essential businesses in the Tri-State Area were shutdown, his business has plummeted about 100 percent. Colangelo tells WCBS' Neil A. Carousso he remains optimistic and is making adjustments.
