Jim Moran (D-VA) believes Congress is underpaid. Yep, you read that correctly, UNDERpaid. Despite the congressman receiving a salary of $174,000 a year, a healthcare plan exempt from Obamacare, pension, benefits, etc., clearly being in the wealthiest 5% of the country isn't good enough for Moran.
