How do you start your mornings? What is the first thing that you do after you get up? If you check your phone, could you consider not touching any gadget for the first 1 hour after you get up? If checking your phone is very important due to some liabilities, you may want to finish that priority task and then you may not touch your phone for the next 1 hour at least.
