The more in-tune we are with our bodies, the sooner we notice when things have shifted. As someone who spent much of their life disassociated, I'm proud of the work I've done to get back in my body. The more that I focused on healthy habits and caring for my body, the more in-tune I became. I believe that it is precisely because I had such healthy habits engrained, that I was able to recognize the signs of perimenopause early and seek support. Today, I share about those habits and what helped me stick with them.
