In his  new book "Open Mic," long time Sports journalist and Fox Soul talk show host of “The Mike & Donny Show”, Mike Hill has now added “author” to his long list of accomplishments. In his memoir book he discusses how suppressed mental trauma affected his personal and professional life and anyone else he was close to.  In the book he’s transparent about his trials, tribulations and transformation to becoming whole and complete as a man. In the interview Mike also teases that he and his fiancé, Cynthia Bailey of “Housewives of Atlanta” who originally met on a dating show, now have a dating show in development to help others find love in unconventional ways. We also talk about emotional baggage; how to deal with it; how mental health impacts our physical health; and he even shares some relationship advice for the singles.
