This episode is one we all need to hear. There are an unlimited amount of apps now and workout programs anyone of us can invest in to have the perfectly mapped out at home workout. All of these are readily available so that the average busy human doesn't have an excuse not to get the perfect workout in when working with limited time or resources.

Except there is one thing that no one often addresses, you can have all the right tools but simply have no motivation. The thing about workout classes and the gym is there is a level of energy, excitement, vibes, and competitiveness, that make most of us get really committed while there. 

In this episode, Kathie and Chris address how to get and stay committed to home workouts when you really just don't want too. When the set up of an at home workout or even the idea of it sounds like a drag and you'd rather just have another "free day," this episode helps us all find ways to competitive and stay motivated now without a workout partner!
