"What's the answer?" "Give me the path to point A to point B." "What did you do from day one to get you here?" Blake talks about the importance of new ideas and how he used new ideas throughout his career to find success.
If you find yourself at a roadblocks in business, Blake says he wouldn't go out and seek the answers that you know of. "Let me go find this answer really quick." Is not a solution. While there might be some useful information out there, Blake says that it doesn't stimulate any new growth or new ideas when you seek answers this way. You want to creatively find a way to solve a problem.
