Hi I’m keren-happuch your host of this is motherhood podcast.

For the short time that I’ve been a mum I’ve leaned on other mums knowledge to navigate the different phases of motherhood.

I think it’s a mind shift already to be a new mum and let alone be a new mum in these unprecedented times!!!

My hope is that whatever phase you are in as a parent or caregiver you find a community and know that whatever you’re going through you’re not alone on this journey of motherhood.

This podcast will raise more awareness on things like c sections, post natal depression and more. It is to serve as a a gentle reminder that you are doing an amazing job, YES YOU ! even though sometimes it doesn’t feel like it. Hopefully listening to someone’s experience gives you hope and make you laugh a little.

Join us each week as we share birth stories, mum hacks, self care tips and much more. Once a month I will be doing a solo episode that will review and reccomend products and getting to know y’all better.
