But most change doesn’t fail because of a lack of desire.

It fails because of a lack of positioning.

Jesus didn’t say try harder.

He said draw nearer.

Fasting isn’t about punishment.

It’s about clarity.

It’s not about what you give up. 

It’s about what you make room for.

This year doesn’t begin with louder goals.

It begins with healthier habits.

With prayer.

With surrender.

With leaning into God at your inflection point.

Some breakthroughs don’t come from effort.

They come from alignment.

This is my year because this is my posture.

Not a diet. Not a trend.

A posture of surrender.
