dan fischer was heading out on his surfboard, in his regular everyday way, & he decided he wanted to take his dad - who had passed away - with him. 

a simple act of remembrance started a wave – literally – of kindness & healing & paying it forward & connection, & it's become bigger than dan ever imagined it would or could.
