I just recently did a teaching on Jesus at the well with a Samaritan woman. It kind of hit me hard because I was going through some things of my own.

And I was going through my own difficulty. I was feeling filthy. I was feeling like my old ways have taken over my mind again. When you serve God, it becomes difficult because often we read the Bible to lead, rather than reading the Bible to feed.
And what I mean by that is we're reading this Bible to teach people. But really what

We bring hope and encouragement, and only because He is real, and He loves you! He died not because we were sinners (although that is true and necessary!), but because we were lost daughters and sons! You have value in His eyes! What He wants from us is that we come alone to Him, for fellowship with Him, in submission, so that He can re-make us into the person He created us to be! He wants us to then go out among people and live a life that attracts others to Jesus (don't worry, you get Help with this!) What a journey! What a life! This isn't a self-help method, it isn't a prosperity gospel, it is Christ in you, the hope of Glory! What a ride! What liberation! Hallelujah!
