This is it folks. Many thanks to all that have interacted, followed, and listened to our show. It is a bittersweet episode, it was something that we've enjoyed and hoped that would take off. Unfortunately it didn't but we never know what the future holds. Hopefully our show did what we wanted to do. We wanted to help our viewers to STAND. We wanted to equip you with our founding, let you know that you're not the only ones that struggle in your day to day life, and honestly we wanted to be there to help with some laughter along the way. Hopefully you've enjoyed this as much as we have. 

R.J. and Fred start off the show the usual way. They talk about their past weeks and things that are happening in their lives. Next the guys talk about the show's reason for ending and what they have learned from this experience. The guys talk over a wildcard for the last time. Lastly they give their thanks to all who were involved.
