This week we're showcasing a TOA16 talk by Ben Larson. Ben is a co-founder at Gateway, an accelerator and VC fund that focuses entirely on Cannabis. Ben's talk was entitled "A Brave New Cannabis World. He dives into the research on marijuana and it's potential for medical advancement. Ben unpacks the history of the "drug" and how the criminalization and stigmatization of cannabis has been used by politicians to control minorities for decades.
Hosts Niko Woischnik and Danielle Lemieux discuss the marijuana "gold rush" as cannabis becomes legalized in more countries around the world.
