The world is full of many firsts. The first time you walked as a child, the first time you earned money as a college graduate, or if you’re a woman, the first time you clocked that the world is prejudiced towards people like you.

This episode explores the stories of two women -- Yasmin Abdel-Magied and Ndiilo Nthengwe. Both women tell us about the first time they experienced discrimination as a result of their gender.
