Hey Family,

Why did I say that? It just slipped out! I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it. They’re all phrases that we use after having said something that we wish we could take back. All of us have had moments where we cut someone down, hurt someone deeply, or say an inappropriate remark. This week going to learn about where these outbursts come from and how to deal with the words that are in our hearts before we deal with the words that come out of our mouths. Come as we continue our series in the Book of James called "This Is Us."
