As the flowers hit the closet floor and I unfold myself from my little pretzel, I stand up, take a bow, and officially close out Season 2. THANK YOU. This season has been full of healing, full of growth, full of moments where I surprised even myself and I hope that on the other side of this audio, you’ve been healing and growing right alongside me.

I’m so proud of myself for pouring into me, grounding me, rediscovering me, and loving me more now than ever before. This journey has been tender, stretching, hilarious, humbling, and so necessary. I’m grateful for every single part of it.

And since it’s not just the end of the season but the end of the year, you know I had to recap it all the lessons, the shifts, the signs, the softness, the strength. I’ll be back at the top of the year for Season 3, and I hope you’ll be right there with me when we land again.

A day late to drop the body but it’s been a wild last 48 hours! Better late than never; right? I’ll admit.. I was skeptical about Reiki, but after my first at-home session with Fay, I’m a believer. Not only was it my first Reiki experience, it was also Fay’s first time facilitating in someone’s home, which made the energy even more powerful for both of us. I felt the shifts in real time, thoughts and emotions releasing, my body finding ease, my spirit finding peace. When it was over, I stood taller, lighter, and more aligned than I’ve felt in a long time.

This episode isn’t Part 2 of the 1K Special, but it could feel like it. On my morning walk, I reflected on the episode while at the airport, listening back to the audio with Deion and Maya — and the answers I gave. I’ve always said honesty is the best policy, because I truly believe it and live by it. But I realized that calling what I was feeling “heartbreak” was just the easy way out. The truth? I was silencing my real thoughts and emotions. I had to check myself on a few things!

How many times have you acted like you didn’t care, even when it was eating you up inside? And what did you gain from it? Usually nothing but feeling worse. You’ll never heal from what you don’t acknowledge — and that’s the truth. Caring deeply isn’t a flaw, it’s a gift.

Words have power. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and when we choose honesty, we choose growth. That’s what I want this platform to be: a mirror for your reflection, a reminder that your voice matters, and that healing starts with truth.

Walking has truly become a form of therapy for me. As I moved through Central Park, I found myself getting emotional, I had to let the tears come as I watched people skate, listened to the music, and soaked in all the beauty around me and within me. I’ve allowed myself to be fully present during this trip, and as the night of my departure approached, sadness crept in. Then, after letting those tears fall, I stumbled upon a waterfall along a trail. It felt like God was telling me to take that turn instead of continuing down the path I was on—and whewww, that’s a word in itself.
