This episode was originally recorded on April 27, 2026—just one week after wrapping Season 3 and fresh off my very first sister trip to Denver! At the time, I was convinced this would be the kickoff to Season 4. But if you’ve been rocking with me, you already know this season is different. So today, we’re taking it back for a message that couldn’t have arrived at a better time.
Let’s dive right in.
If you follow the podcast on Instagram, you may have seen the before-and-after photos I recently shared of my weight loss—and weight gain. The response reminded me of something we all need to hear: your worth has never been determined by a number on a scale.
Love the body you’re in. Love yourself through every season, every transformation, every setback, and every comeback. Because the relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life.
What we consume matters, too. It’s not just the food we eat—it’s the content we scroll, the conversations we entertain, and the messages we allow into our minds. Doom scrolling has become second nature for so many of us, but constantly absorbing negativity can quietly chip away at your mental and emotional well-being.
That’s why being mindful isn’t just a trend—it’s a practice. It’s choosing to be present, protecting your peace, and paying attention to what nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. When we become intentional about what we consume and how we speak to ourselves, we create space to grow into healthier, happier versions of ourselves.
We’re all students of life, continuously learning, unlearning, and evolving. So as you grow, don’t keep the lessons to yourself. Each one, teach one. You never know who needs the wisdom you’ve gained from your own journey.
So if there’s one thing I hope you take away from this episode, it’s this: love yourself enough to choose yourself, protect your peace, and honor the person you’re becoming.
