Asking for help, surrendering, and receiving. How these three things are the biggest three things that the patriarchy, capitalism, SHUTS DOWN. You have got to cultivate these three things.
Receive all of the wonderful things that are given to you. Whether it is a gift, a compliment, a blue sky, or a hummingbird. You may not know what it is for, just receive it.
How our channeling evolves over time and presents itself in many ways, but there is usually a sensory feeling behind it.
