The number one question that every one of my clients wants to know when we start working together is: Why does this keep happening to me?
So in this episode we’re going to get to the bottom of it.
And to do that we’re going to do two things: First we’re going to take a look at the big picture and get clear on why all problems exist, because they have a purpose and once you help a problematic pattern complete its purpose it will no longer have a reason for sticking around.
Then we’re going to get specific and look at why your unique problematic pattern is happening and why it’s not going away despite the fact that you’ve put some effort into making it stop.
We have been conditioned to believe that our problematic behaviors, and our problematic emotions are the big problems in our lives, so we spend a bunch of time trying and energy trying to change them without realizing that they’re the product of the real problem, not the problem itself.
And until you can learn how to look past them and into what’s lying beneath them you’re not going to be able to end that problematic pattern for good.
So in this episode we’re going to look at both of those things so you can start making big, lasting changes in your everyday reality the easy way.
