Here in Nigeria, women have a smaller percentage of the workforce, because men get hired more often than women.

The percentage of women in management is even smaller than the percentage of women workers, because even fewer women are getting promoted.

And as for rising to the very top of Corporate Nigeria, to become CEOs and MDs, it is still mostly a Boy’s Club.

Why is it that the higher you go, the fewer women you see? What can be done to change this?
