Yoga has become a big business as more people are looking for help to cope with daily stress while others desire better mental and physical wellbeing. I sat down to talk with Cincinnati’s own Brian Shircliff about what is yoga and some of the benefits of the practice. Brian shared with me his yoga journey and how Vitality set up shop here in the Tri-state. He also shares that for many, yoga becomes the gateway to tapping into the intelligence within.
Brian Shircliff is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher, 500-hour Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher/Trainer, Movement Intelligence Teacher, tai chi instructor, and student of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has authored a number of books about yoga, ancient texts/religion, and holistic self-care...all of them available at vitalitycincinnati.org.
