When we feel good about ourselves and what we've achieved, it could be because we're found our passion. The things we do that we enjoy doing so much that we lose track of time, we forget to eat, and we can hardly wait to do it again are things about which we feel passion. 

When we engage in the areas about which we are passionate, we trigger a release of "feel good" chemicals that literally do help us to feel better. 

In this episode, we talk about finding our passion by finding the intersection between what we can do and the people who need our unique expertise. When we find that thing, we've found the area of our passion. From that point, we find a way to make our passion generate an income or find an income that will pay for our passion.
