After watching the documentaries, Jenn changed her lifestyle and became a vegan for a year. Changing not only her own diet, but her children as well, she explains some of the challenges and benefits she experienced eating solely a plant based diet. Jenn also shares why she left veganism, and why the proposed “health benefits'' of veganism, are similar to that of a healthy diet.
