For most of my life I had this negative connotation of being a "dreamer". As if being a dreamer somehow meant I wasn't (or could never be) a doer. Like most things in life, it's not all or nothing, it's "yes, and…" Yes, be the dreamer, and take action. In this very first episode, I'm sharing how I'm using my superpower of being a dreamer (aka Visionary) as a leader. I also tell the story of the time I faked my way into getting a cute pair of glasses, and what I can learn from my 6 year old self about business.
