I wanted to speak to you a little bit about actually buying a house with 3% down, or 3.5% down.
It’s a good place to park your money, but what’s very important, what you have to think about, is your time horizon.
Set a plan. Okay, I’m going to buy a house, I’m going to try to get it for 3% down, and what will I do?
Do I want to keep the house for 5 years, or keep the house for 10 years, or longer?
However, the bottom line is talk to your mortgage broker.
