This Sacred Journey Podcast

This is the most real and raw I’ve gotten in an episode so far.

The reactions of people after witnessing the horrors happening in the world are proving how many people are disconnected from their humanity.

Either because they are disassociating and too distracted, or because they don’t want to ruffle feathers and stand up for what they believe in becase they are afraid to be disliked. Or worse because they are incredibly gaslighted by religion and the media that they cannot even see the truth for what it is even when it is right in front of their eyes.

We need to reclaim our humanity and feel more deeply not only our own grief and pain but that of the entire planet. We need to use our rage to stand up for that which oppresses and destroys which is sacred.

A reflection of where the world of social media is going and the impact of Ai and fast paced content creation

In this episode we speak about the collective crisis of male loneliness epidemic, women choosing to stay single vs accepting a relationship that does not meet her fully. And how the TV show of Outlander can serve as a blueprint and archetype of a healthy divine union and true embodied masculinity can look like in a word that is starving for examples to follow.

What does true feminine empowerment look like, and how to reclaim the beauty, honor and strength of our feminine power and wisdom.

In honor of women’s day, from my heart to yours 🌹

Are you dealing with religious trauma and may not even know about it? In this episode I speak more deeply about what religious traumas is and my own personal experience healing from its insidious effects. And also how Mary Magdalene has played a huge role in helping me heal from religious trauma and help me validate what my heart knows is true as well as given me the confidence to regain my own spiritual sovereignty.

In this episode I share a personal experience around abuse within spiritual communities, as well as the depths of nuance around it. How it can be difficult to identify and more than anything how entire communities often enable the abuse in the name of “love and light” while using spirituality unintentionally to perpetuate and sometimes re traumatize survivors of abuse.

This episodes intention is to bring awareness and also to call in for accountability as well as call communities to step up and become truly trauma informed to be able to hold true safe containers for people’s healing.

A message from my heart to yours, hope it reaches you in a good time.

This episode is dedicated to the loving memory of Keith Wilson, also known as The Cacao Shaman. In this second year anniversary of his passing, a group of us who got to know and be mentored by Keith directly for over a decade, get together and remember him and the impact that he had in each and everyone of us, we discuss personal stories with Keith, what it was to sit with him in his famous porch ceremonies and more importantly we remember the main lessons and teaching that Keith left us with and that have most impacted us. Keith's Legacy lives on through the medicine of cacao and through the Hearts of each and everyone of us who had the privilege to meet and connect with him.
