When you are having a tough time at work, made a mistake, or missed an opportunity, just know that in time, things will get better. You can learn from those situations and do better next time. 

On the flip side, when things are going great, when you hit an important achievement, just know that you still need to keep taking action to keep that positive pace going.  

The only constant is change, and time is an amplifier!  So keep taking positive steps, because this too shall pass!
