Specifics of L.O.V.E league rules:

*Relegation/Promotion League - best two teams move up a division every year, worst two teams move down.

*Variable Salary Cap - team's are rewarded with more salary cap space for moving up the ranks, winning more games

*Team Turnover Rules - when an owner leaves and a new owner comes in, they can start fresh with a new base level team, and the old team's players go to FA.

*Wheel Draft/Personal Draft - eliminate the draft benefit of losing, either cycle through all the picks over 24 years, or give everyone there own equivalent personal draft pools each season.

*No Playoffs - The goal is regular season performance, eliminate the focus on short playoff series, and get MORE SEASONS done faster, meaning your players develop faster, your decisions pay off faster.

*No Trading - Your success is based on Drafting, Free Agency, and Managing Your Team, and not on your ability to find trade partners.
