This week we’re moving through three big pieces of healing—your story, your energy, and your rest.

We start with Episode 39, Rewriting the Story You Tell About Yourself. When life feels shaky, the story you tell becomes the shelter you live in. And here’s the question I’ll ask you: what if you’re not broken—what if you’re becoming? The words you use about yourself matter, and in this episode we’ll practice speaking to ourselves like we would to a beloved friend.

Then in Episode 40, we shift into calling our energy back. If you’ve been feeling scattered, drained, or stretched too thin, this one is for you. I’ll guide you through a short ritual to gather yourself up again—because your energy is sacred, and you don’t owe it to what’s already gone.

And once your energy is back home, Episode 41 reminds us why rest is so important. Not hustle, not pushing through—but true, sacred rest. Rest isn’t quitting; it’s remembering who you are. Healing takes energy, and you’re allowed to pause—not because you’ve earned it, but because you’re human.
