This week we have some potent energy being digested with the help of the Seven of Wands.

How are we talking to ourselves? Is it helpful or harmful?
What story am I telling myself about the chaotic bits in my life? Is it wholly true?
In particular we might be processing chaos in our intimate relationships this week so make sure to take exquisite care of yourself, find your clear Holy Boundaries™ and apply them as needed while also regulating yourself and making sure your responses are in proper measure to the discomfort or disagreement- it's so silly how we humans can make our fights and such so much more dramatic when we engage in them while sleepy, hungry or stressed out.
This is also your message from Great Mystery - if meditation is not one of your practices, this would be an excellent week to try adding it in!
