This year didn’t start with fireworks or perfect plans.

It started with reflection.

Looking at my family… my children… and realizing that some of the pain I lived, I was beginning to repeat.  

This podcast is not about being perfect.

It’s about being honest.

This year, my resolution is not money, success, or applause.

This year, I choose love.
