Thom Hayes, Retired Army as a Master Sergeant in 2003. Thom Served as Store Manager and Regional Training Manager for Barnes & Noble for 27 years in New England, DC, and NC. Currently Talent, Engagement, & Development Director for Moore Food Services in Clemmons, where I am doing the primary hiring and leadership development for their restaurants. I also have a side business called 3 Llama Education, LLC, which is a bulk book distribution source.
