Born and raised in New York's Hells Kitchen, Thom Michael Mulligan is a who has been acting since the age of seven.. He is also a Multi Award Winning Movie Producer of the Critically Acclaimed Feature Film CALLOUS, filmed in 2007 and Released in 2009, which was awarded Best Feature Film Awards at several festivals including Indie Fest USA, Disney Film Festival, Riverside International Film Fest, Oceanside International Film Fest, Big Bear Lake International Film Fest and others
Thom, like so many children, had a great love of sports, That love continues today as Thom is still playing ice hockey! As a baseball player he tried out with both the New York Yankees and was offered a Minor League Contract for Class A ball, with the LA Dodgers.
Thom never lost his fascination with acting. In 1980 he returned to New York and began to work in theater, television and films.. Auditioning and working in Soaps, TV Commercials, Films, Theatre,
In 2009, Thom became Co-Founder of the New Hope Film Festival in New Hope, Pa, along with with Marianne Speiser, Danny Sailor along with Founder and Chairman, Doug Whipple. Thom is Executive Director of Submissions.
Thom's career shows no signs of stopping! Thom has a number of upcoming in the works. Whether acting, writing and producing Thom Mulligan continues to make waves!
