Dr. Riess is a medical oncologist and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine for Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Riess is also the Director of the Thoracic Oncology Program which is the largest and most comprehensive program in Northern California, providing a wide array of clinical and research services, ranging from prevention strategies to new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
