In another shorter episode this week, James shares some of his personal favorites when it comes to...abdominal exercises!

Sometimes, the "classics" can get boring. Some can also be detrimental to our fitness success. (Sit-Ups, for example,  performed poorly and can lead to lower back issues.)

All of these examples below vary in difficulty, but are great for strengthening your abs and working on core stability.
