A physical disability with the use of mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, or other devices doesn't always translate into a intellectual disorder nor does it reduce the learning experiences you accumulated in your lifetime. So next time you come across that guy on a wheelchair or that gal on forearm crutches, just talk to them as if you were talking to somebody without these devices.
