💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE THE SOUL FROM GOD’S WRATH! “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness” (study Romans 1:18-32). This verse illustrates how people SUPPRESS the truth about God so they can delusionally go on living in unrepentant wickedness and evil desires with no accountability to God’s righteous call for holiness, godliness, and obedience. God responds by giving the impenitent over to the sins they desire more than Him! People DO know the truth about God, because the Bible says they do, “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened” (Romans 1:21). They suppress (forcibly put an end to, prevent the dissemination of, partly or wholly eliminate) the truth to reject Him!
28 “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient” (Romans 1).
God expresses His wrath by giving people what they want, and by condemning them to suffer the consequences of their sins. He will turn you over to a reprobate and you will be thrown in the Lake of Fire - that's His response! And you can't blame Him! The ungodly want to blame Him for His holy standards and the consequence of the breaking of such holy standards. They want to be able to live lives however demonic, with no remorse, no consequence, and expect God to usher them into His Kingdom anyway! Because make no mistake my friend, once we get called out of these bodysuits we WILL step into eternity in the state we left the body. You leave the body in righteousness; having lived a confident obedient life in Christ, you will step into eternity receiving eternal life. You leave the body in unrighteousness, having lived a disobedient, wicked, ungodly life without Christ, you will step into eternity receiving eternal fiery destruction - your just reward for the life you chose to live!
When the Lord Jesus Christ comes to purge His threshing floor — He shall punish all who are not His disciples with a fearful punishment. All who are found impenitent and unbelieving — all who have held the truth in unrighteousness — all who have clung to sin, stuck to the world, and set their affection on things below — all who are without Christ. All such shall come to an awful end! Christ shall "burn up the chaff!"
