Have you ever thought twice about how you talk to yourself or think about others?

In this episode, we are diving into something I love to do when I was making my shift towards being a more positive individual and just...a better human being. I think this is something everyone can benefit from and create small changes in our daily lives- to not only make ourselves feel better, but also those around us.

Talking as if we have thought bubbles over our heads can really make you think twice about the way you talk to yourself, and hopefully also to others. Be cautious of your thought bubbles and turn the negative, judgey, head trash thought bubbles to positive, empowering and impactful thought bubbles.
