Racing thoughts can distract us from being in the moment and even hold us in negative patterns or unable to make choices. This meditation practice can help you clear racing thoughts or overwhelming feelings by focusing on one thought or aspect of the feeling and noticing where the others go as you focus. 

Do it once for a quick refresh or repeat it multiple time to relax when you're feeling really overwhelmed.
