IRI’s Lee Green interviews David Caudel, Associate Director, Frist Center for Autism and Innovation at Vanderbilt University. They discuss the abilities that neurodiverse individuals bring to the workplace, and innovation in particular, and the (surprisingly simple and straightforward) accommodations that can be made to the workplace to bring in these individuals.
