Peggy Smedley and Pete Evans, assistant professor, Iowa State University, talk about the future of work and if it will be driven by certain technologies. He says we need to recognize that things have to change as things change in time and it isn't just the tools, it is how we think about employing the tools and how we solve the problems using these new capabilities.
