1. All Police Officers must wear body cameras. They must be on during every interaction, otherwise, the case gets thrown out and the cop faces consequences. Body cameras will record and live stream every interaction for an outside, independent watchdog group to monitor.
2. Better training for police. 6 months of training is unacceptable. It needs to be much longer and include race relations. Police should also be trained in martial arts so that they have less-lethal defensive options in their toolkit. 3. 4. End the War on Drugs.
