This week I sit down with Wes, another friend from college, to talk about health, fitness and weight loss and how habits affect all aspects of our lives. A former college athlete turned husband, father & realtor, Wes had an a-ha moment where he saw the path in front of him and it didn't look as long as he wanted it to. So he literally took his life into his own hands and made significant change. Down 70'ish pounds, he has no plan to look back and we talk about how impactful the change has been and how good feeling good feels. Enjoy!
