As teachers, there are so many grand ideas we make into reality and so many amazing big innovations we implement each year to help our students learn. I often wonder why we don't celebrate, or in some cases even recognize, the smaller innovations that can change the experiences our students have in our classrooms. I would say in some cases they can be even more impactful and influential... Let's talk about it.
