Thoughts From Grenada...

Something I have always wanted to do even before posting my first episode, was record an episode by the beach with the natural sound of the waves. I truly LOVE the beach, it allows me to be so relaxed and increases my vulnerability. I know that it has been some time since I have last recorded, but as always, I want to ensure I am fully present before I share anything with you.

Transparency: I did not listen to this episode, because I did not want to edit it. I wanted it to be in its pure form, so pure that you even hear me ordering my Coconut Breeze drink! Lol!
