Motorcycling - Cycling - Hiking - Adventure - Travel - Sport - Reading - Writing etc, it's quite easy to get stuck in a rut and feel bad about life. Luckily, life's course can be changed in an instant, sometimes we need a little inspiration. Listening to people who've made positive moves to better their life , can be the jolt that someone needs. Healthier people = better life = better world.
