Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Keri Nasenbeny, an Associate Chief Nursing Officer at a major academic medical center about her thoughts on this pandemic. Keri has a unique perspective having led nurses through the most challenging times in their career. She looks at where we've come and some of the significant challenges we have faced, especially with this last surge. We talk about the future and share ideas about what we need to do to fix things. It's going to be a long road to heal the healthcare world, but we can do it.
