We have domestic flowers in the flower gardens that last only one year and some flowers we have planted come back year after year. Then there are natural wildflowers that are spread by birds or the wind. I am reminded of acts of kindness that can take root and spread like wildflowers. When one plants the seeds, one may never know where they flower next.
