Well, the focus of my work is Wellness Coaching, maintaining a healthy balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Maintaining a busy schedule and a healthy lifestyle can seem impossible however; my role is to actively listen to clients, provide useful tools, resources, spiritual encouragement and knowledge to obtain good overall health support / coaching even with a busy schedule.
