We become what we believe about ourselves. There are so many stories that we tell ourselves, that hold us back from getting what we want. We may say 'we're too old', 'lazy', busy' or 'unwanted'. We may believe we are 'unattractive', 'not sporty enough', 'we never get what we want,' or 'it's too hard'. These thoughts get in the way of living in a healthy way and from getting the health results that we are after. In this episode we explore the power of our beliefs, how we can identify limiting stories that are holding us back and replace them with empowering ones that can help us move forward.
